The National Golf Club Team Championships – The Ultimate Showdown Just Got Bigger and Better

Get ready for the biggest and best club team event of the year — The National Golf Club Team Championships is back, and it’s time to gather your squad for an unforgettable battle in 2026.

The Format:

🏌️‍♂️ 12 players per team – Strength in numbers, strategy in play!
🏌️‍♀️ 1 night, 2 rounds of high-stakes golf at top-tier qualifying venues.
Dinner, bed & breakfast included — because champions deserve comfort.

Day 1: Singles Stableford

• Every shot counts as players go head-to-head.
• Best 8 of 12 scores count toward your team total – every point could be the difference.

Day 2: Betterball Pairs

• Dynamic duos take the stage – pressure, teamwork, and pure competition.
• Best 4 of 6 pairs’ scores go on the board – team synergy is everything.

1 Qualifying spot into the final every 4 teams entered at each qualifying venue

£200 per team deposit – Final balance due 6 weeks prior to event date 

5 x Qualifying Venues & 1 x Final (Grand Final – 15th September at Porthmadog Golf Club)

Qualifying venue winners will qualify for the GRAND FINAL! If your team makes the final you will be competing against 9 other teams for The National Golf Club Team Championship title and win a magnificent team holiday.

Qualifiers Format

  • The 8 best Single Stableford points from 12 to count on day one.
  • The 4 best Betterball Pairs Stableford points from 6 to count on day two

Grand Final – 2 Pairs & 8 Singles – All Scores to Count
