Millennium
The Millennium Course, aptly named, was inaugurated in 2000. It features nine holes that were part of the original 27-hole Laguna Course, built in 1990, with an additional nine holes added to create a full 18-hole layout. The redesign and resurfacing of the existing holes, along with the creation of the new ones, were overseen by the renowned architect Martin Hawtree.
Pinhal
The Pinhal Course, gracefully winding over the hills of Vilamoura, is the resort’s second-oldest course and was designed by the esteemed Frank Pennink, who also designed the Old Course. Since its opening in 1976, the Pinhal has undergone several improvements, most notably by Robert Trent Jones in 1985. Today, it remains one of Portugal’s premier golfing destinations.
