International Olympic Academy
The International Olympic Academy Golf Course at Costa Navarino is widely regarded as one of José María Olazábal’s finest designs. Drawing on his experience as one of Europe’s most accomplished and well-travelled golfers, Olazábal has masterfully integrated the natural landscape to create a course that offers both panoramic views and a series of challenging, memorable holes. It stands out as one of the highlights among the four exceptional courses at the Costa Navarino Resort.
The Dunes
The Dunes Course was the first 18-hole layout to open at Costa Navarino in 2010, designed by golf legend Bernhard Langer in collaboration with Ross McMurray of European Golf Design. A year later, the Bay Course—crafted by renowned architect Robert Trent Jones Jr.—made its debut at nearby Navarino Bay, approximately ten kilometres south of the main resort.
In early 2022, Costa Navarino expanded its offering with the addition of two brand-new 18-hole courses, set on elevated terrain just southeast of the Navarino Bay development. All 36 holes were masterfully designed by two-time Masters champion and Ryder Cup icon José María Olazábal and his team at Olazábal Design.
The Bay
Designed by renowned architect Robert Trent Jones Jr., The Bay Course is a favourite among golfers and is often considered the most playable of the four courses at Costa Navarino. With elevated tee shots, lush fairways, and undulating greens, it offers a fun and scenic round for players of all levels.
While the course itself is a highlight, the clubhouse has also earned widespread praise. This modern architectural gem boasts stunning views over the Mediterranean, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink before or after your round.
The Hills
The Hills Course is a truly magnificent layout and an absolute must-play during your golf holiday at Costa Navarino Resort. Designed by José María Olazábal, the course is perched above the coastline, offering breathtaking views across the resort and beyond. Each hole is beautifully framed by the natural landscape, creating a sense of peace and seclusion that makes for a serene and unforgettable golfing experience.
