Designed in 2001 by Bristol-based Terry Murray, The Guadiana and Atlântico courses are the most mature of the three courses, with attractive pine trees lining the fairways.The courses are teeming with wildlife, especially partridge in the winter months. Fast and true greens, several of them elevated and protected by bunkers, inviting elevated tees and dogleg fairways carved out of canyons are features of the courses.
Just a short drive is the other golf course within this deal is Benamor Golf Course. Benamor Golf is a superb 18 hole Golf Course located on the South of Portugal, Algarve, just a few kilometres east of the ancient city of Tavira.
The golf course was completed in the spring of 2000. In the nearby foothills of Barrocal, you will enjoy some of the best mountain and sea views the Algarve has to offer. But maybe most enjoyable of all, are the peaceful surroundings of a construction free resort. Possibly the only one on the Algarve.
